Terms of Use

1. Operator and agreement

AItteo is provided by IE Konstantin Khalyushev, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia, at N91, Floor 1, Apartment N2 b, Iv. Javakhishvili Str, Chugureti district, Tbilisi 0162, Georgia, registry identifier 302253059 (‘we’, ‘us’). Contact: support@aitteo.com.

These Terms govern the AItteo website, app and decision service. By accepting them in the app or otherwise agreeing to use the service, you enter into an agreement with the operator. Read and save these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

2. Eligibility and beta access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. This contractual age requirement is separate from an app store’s content rating. Do not use another person’s identity or allow a child to use your account.

AItteo is preparing for external beta testing. Access may require an invitation, supported sign-in method and an available beta build. An invitation does not guarantee continuing access. Beta features may be incomplete, change, produce errors or become unavailable. TestFlight access also depends on Apple’s beta terms and build availability.

3. What AItteo does

You supply alternatives and context, and our AI companion Teo helps compare them and suggests a choice. The service can ask clarification questions, accept text and supported voice/photo input, and personalize responses using preferences you confirm. Teo is an animated character, not a person or licensed professional.

AItteo does not carry out the suggested real-world action for you. It does not guarantee the best outcome, objective correctness, suitability or consistent results. An answer may be incomplete, biased, outdated or wrong. You should review it and the relevant facts before acting.

4. Your judgment and consequential decisions

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act. Use independent judgment and seek qualified advice for consequential choices. Do not rely on AItteo as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance or safety-critical decisions.

AItteo does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. It cannot assess your full circumstances or monitor your safety. For an emergency, use appropriate local emergency services. Safety checks may refuse or redirect requests, but cannot detect every harmful situation. These limitations do not excuse us from responsibilities that the law imposes on us.

5. Accounts and security

Use accurate information where needed for authentication and requests. Protect your devices and sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize; you are not automatically responsible for misuse outside your reasonable control.

Apple and Google sign-in are subject to the provider’s terms. Different sign-in providers may create separate AItteo accounts. Do not assume that switching providers transfers preferences or decision history. You must have permission to submit information about another person.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to facilitate violence, self-harm, exploitation, fraud, illegal conduct, harassment, privacy violations or discrimination; to submit unlawful content or material that infringes others’ rights; or to make binding consequential determinations about other people without appropriate legal authority and safeguards.

Do not bypass access controls, evade quotas, extract credentials, interfere with service security, introduce malicious code or use automated access that disrupts the service. Good-faith security reporting and activities protected by law are not prohibited. We may limit or refuse requests to protect people, the service and legal compliance.

7. Your content and AI output

You retain the rights you have in material you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, transmit and store that material, including through the providers described in the Privacy Policy, to operate, secure and support the service you request. This permission lasts only as needed for those purposes and applicable retention requirements. It is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish your private decisions as marketing.

You are responsible for having the rights and authority to submit your content. AI output may resemble output given to others and may not be eligible for intellectual-property protection. We do not promise exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. Review output before using it publicly or commercially.

AItteo branding, Teo artwork, software and other service materials belong to the operator or their licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, you may use the service for its intended purpose. No broader rights in the character, brand or software are granted. Exceptions and rights under applicable law remain available.

8. Privacy and preferences

The Privacy Policy explains processing, providers, retention and your rights. Legal acceptance is not blanket consent to unrelated processing. Confirmed durable preferences remain until you remove them or delete your account; temporary session and decision data have different lifecycles. Review and correct preferences when they no longer reflect your wishes. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Availability and service changes

We may update, limit or discontinue beta features, change supported models, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, capacity or legal reasons. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation when feasible. Urgent safety or security issues may require immediate action.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of decision history. Save information you need independently. Any future paid service will require clear pricing and applicable purchase terms before you buy.

10. Payments and platform terms

The inspected AItteo beta does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid plans. These Terms do not create a subscription, trial conversion or payment obligation. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase, and these Terms will be updated as necessary.

For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a valid custom EULA is supplied through Apple. These Terms address the AItteo service and do not replace or restrict mandatory Apple Usage Rules, platform rights or consumer protections. Apple is not the provider of our decision service. Google Play distribution is also subject to applicable Google platform terms. This website does not represent that an Android release is currently available.

11. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using AItteo at any time. You can request permanent account deletion using the app’s Delete account action, following any verification prompts and continuing interrupted deletion until completion. See the account-deletion page and Privacy Policy. Signing out or uninstalling is not server account deletion.

We may restrict or suspend access for a material breach, suspected misuse, legal requirements or a serious security risk. Where appropriate, we provide notice, an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact support@aitteo.com if you believe a restriction is mistaken. We may discontinue beta access with reasonable notice where feasible.

Termination ends access to the service. Content and preferences are handled under the Privacy Policy; it does not automatically erase every security record or provider backup. Terms that by their nature need to continue, including intellectual-property rights, accrued rights and dispute provisions, survive only to the extent applicable.

12. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI output or fitness for a particular consequential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties, rights to remedies or duties of reasonable care that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when this agreement was made, or business losses arising from use of a consumer beta. You should take reasonable steps to avoid or reduce losses. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

There is no blanket waiver of claims, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these Terms. Your statutory rights remain intact. Nothing makes you responsible for our own unlawful conduct.

13. Law and resolving concerns

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to mandatory protections available under the law of your usual residence. This choice does not deprive you of rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Please contact support@aitteo.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, obtaining advice or bringing a claim. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes; we do not require consumers to bring every claim exclusively in Georgia.

14. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as the service and legal requirements change. We identify the version and effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes when required. Where a new acceptance is required, we request it; we do not treat an earlier tap as acceptance of a later version. If you disagree with an update, you may stop using the service and request deletion, without losing accrued statutory rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies only to the extent lawful. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our rights. Contact support@aitteo.com for service, legal or support questions.
