AItteoA little less indecision.

Your account, your control

Delete your AItteo account.

In the iOS app

  1. Sign in with the Apple or Google method used for the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the menu, then Settings → Delete account. If you are signed in on the access or invitation screen, use its Delete account action.
  3. Confirm permanent deletion and complete any sign-in verification prompts.
  4. If interrupted, use Continue deletion or repeat Delete account when prompted. Wait for confirmation that account deletion completed successfully.

The backend erases active application data in a database transaction before acknowledging success. The app then cleans local data and sign-in records, including Apple authorization revocation where applicable and removal of the Firebase identity. A message that AItteo data was deleted may still indicate pending identity cleanup.

Without the app

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Email the operator with the subject “AItteo account deletion”, your account’s sign-in method and associated email. Do not send a password, identity document or authentication token in the initial request.

We verify your authority before acting and confirm the outcome. Sending an email does not automatically erase data. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines; if more information or a permitted extension is necessary, we explain why. There is no fee for an ordinary deletion request.

What is deleted and what may remain

Deletion removes account-associated application content, decision history, confirmed preferences, model-run content and linked onboarding data from active application tables. This backend step is synchronous; subsequent sign-in cleanup is separate and can require a retry. The sign-in cleanup step removes the Firebase identity. It does not delete your Apple or Google account.

A deleted-account marker, identity mapping and certain access/security records can remain to prevent reactivation and misuse. These records have no configured automatic expiry in the inspected backend. Provider logs and backups follow separate lifecycles; Azure application logs are configured for 30 days. Retention required by law is limited to the relevant information and purpose. See the full retention explanation.

Signing out or uninstalling AItteo does not delete server data. Removing one confirmed preference is different from deleting the account. Contact us if a deletion remains pending or you cannot sign in.
